We were standing (stuck is more the word) in Fantasyland. They roped off the circle around us and we were just stuck there until it was over. We were by the carousel. Anyway - saw everything - except behind Pinocchio's - and it was way pretty and way loud. My DD is 5 and it was much louder than usual. Also, this happened before, but seemed more common last time we were there - hot ash falls from the sky and can land on you. There are pyrotechs all over, but the ashes landed on someone nearby. So watch where you stand. We finally watched from under the Mickey's Philharmagic overhang.

What time do the fireworks shows take place, and how long do they last? We are planning on going back to the hotel in the afternoon and return in the evening to see the night shows and ride a few more rides. Thanks!

Definitely on Main Street for Wishes. If you haven't had dinner yet, grab some hot dogs or mini corn dogs from casey's corner and park yourself right outside casey's corner's entrance. Get there early!

Times vary so you'll have to check your times guide. I think the firworks last for about 15 min. I don't really remember because in Nov. we watched the Spectromagic parade and shortly after came the firworks so it felt like an 30 min to an hour. Allearsnet.com says it is approx. 12 min., so they're probably right. IllimuniNATIONS is approx 13 min.
