Wishes and California Grill

I will be at WDW September 25 - 30th. I wanted to take my friend to California Grill and thought how fun to be able to watch the fireworks at the same time. Then I realized they probably don't have fireworks every night; since I was looking at either Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday night to do it. When I checked at Disney's website, it shows Wishes for every night during that month. Sometimes at 8:00 and others times at 9:00. Does this seem right? I don't think the old firework show was every night in the off-season. Someone please help me!!! Also, if we do it, should I reserve dinner for 1 hour before the show?

Yes, they've been having Wishes every night. They could always change that at the drop of the hat though. It wouldn't be the first time. If you want to be sure of seeing Wishes at CG, book a Saturday night. I'd book it for 1 1/2 hours before the show.
