DW and I entered a recipe contest sponsored by our local newspaper. We sent in a few recipes and one of ours was chosen as a finalist. We had to cook it yesterday and have someone drop it off this AM. They will publish the winners next week.

UPDATE, They called the house today while we were at work and told us WE WON

I don't believe it, DW called me here at work with the good news.
We win $75 dollars and the recipe will be in the annual cookbook insert next week.

By the way the recipe is Wild Rice and Spare Ribs.
