wish to rent BWV or BCV 10/2-10/9

My family would like to rent Boardwalk or Beach Club Studio from 10/2-10/9. Also, as I am new to this, I don't know about availablility for this week or even how to check - please advise.

I just checked availibility and the only thing availible is OKW which is 82 points.
