It was suggested by a wise person to post this information where it will become a link throughout other threads here.
I'd be more than happy to get you started with our WISH Team! You become a WISH Team member by starting out on the weekly thread. That's it!
The main team thread is actually the weekly walker/runner thread. Stop by there and introduce yourself. This weekly thread is where we share training and other information. We are a friendly group with a variety of backgrounds and abilities.
From there we have the smaller team challenges for 2008 right now where everyone is posting their mileage and such for the year. You are welcome to join a team and can ask to have yourself assigned to a team.
The smaller threads of folks are those that have broken from the weekly thread to enjoy a bit of conversation on a smaller level. While they post on the smaller threads, keep in mind that most of the info transacted is done via the weekly thread and that is truly where we get to know everyone.
As events occur during the year we have a calendar where the team will meet up at the various local events since we've gotten to know each other by merely posting on the threads you see, we actually will meet at local events. It's quite a fun time!
Stop over and introduce yourself on the WISH Racing Team roster, get to know the team.
As for the WISH Team shirts and such, various members will get together and put in shirt orders throughout the year. This is done at no profit to the person placing the orders.
