Yes, they are. It's likely just specified, because you can get cotton/poly in almost all other styles.

I would like to order to of the short sleeve moisture wicks in size medium. I sent you a e-mail a couple weeks ago and did not see my name on the list.
Thank you so much for ordering the shirts. I am truly grateful. I ram my first half marathon today and wore my long sleeve Wish shirts. Got a lot of great compliments. I think it brought me luck I finished in 2:01. I was so thrilled Once again thank you.
