On Thursday I'm going to attempt to change my reservations for an extended family trip from my home resort of VWL to BCV. We currently have 2 - 2BR and 4 studios reserved at VWL, but the family is wanting to try BCV and have the opportunity to enjoy SAB. I know it's a long shot to be able to switch that many rooms and I doubt that they could accommodate us and put us near one another - but I'll call and ask anyway. When I called at 11 months to make the original reservation - it took nearly an hour to book all the rooms and list all the family members - not looking forward to that again - but if it works out, that would be fabulous! I have told all the family that I'll try once and if it doesn't work we'll be perfectly happy at VWL ( they ought to be happy - we're taking care of all the rooms!!!!) So anyway - send some pixie dust my way and let's hope for the best!

I was surprised when we made a reservation in October at the 11 month mark that they didn't want all of the details regarding our guest. Just his name, no address or anything else. The CM said it was a change in the system. Now our guest is in the same room as we are so maybe that makes a difference.

I had to take lock-offs for my 2BR instead of dedicated - but the family shouldn't mind. In fact, they might even enjoy having more than one door out of the villa.
