After taking a year off from Disney I just bought my new Florida Resident Season Pass! It's my birthday weekend and my guy will be joining me for a fun three day trip (I live here in Winter Park, so not such a big deal). WDW was "our place" for me and the ex. This will be first time with my guy and I'm hoping that something doesn't trigger memories with the ex (9 years together and what seems like 100 trips to WDW). Looking forward to making new memories with someone who actually loves me! Now if I can only get him to go to Gay Days with me this year!

Having great time so far. My guy lives in Royal Palm Beach (about 2 1/2 hours away). We see each other most weekends (which works fine as I travel for most of the week). Way too many cheerleaders/dance teams at Animal Kingdom today!!!!! Girls are so annoying (sorry ladies!). Going to Hollywood Studios tomorrow for my actual birthday. It is supposed to rain, but we picked up some ponchos today just in case!

Had a wonderful time (expect for all the rain on Monday). Got to see "The American Idol Experience" and it was great! Got the free $75 merchandise card, but surprisingly could not find a thing I wanted!

Tell me about the card. I'm guessing you have to use it that day, or forfeit? Is it only for merchandise, or can you use it on food or drinks? (I imagine you can't but I'm just asking).

The card is only good on merchandise. It cannot be used for food and beverage. We checked when Scott got his.

Not sure if it has to be used the same day or not.

Originally, the card was supposed to only be good on your birthday, now, they have made it non-expiring, but that could change.
