Well after 2 hours it has been posponed to July!

One of the witnessess didn't show up so the defence jumped on this and now it's postponed.

I was really suprised who had been called - the CSI guy and a fingerprints expert. They said they were suprised to be called but they were confident in their results.

In the end they spoke to the prosecuter and he checked all the details so they don't have to come back next time - lucky them!

Now I've seen the court and what goes off I don't think I'll be as nervous next time but I can say that now its weeks away.

There's still hope he will plead guilty at the start of the next case so my fingers and toes are still crossed.

Thanks for all your good wishes - I nipped on before I went this morning and they made me feel a lot better - so thank you

Typical defense ploy, hope a prosecution witness doesn't turn up and get the case thrown out or adjourned!
