Wish entertainment beside broadway style shows

We have not cruised DCL since 2012. On the magic we had a Magician perform in one of the adult lounges. Do they still have a guest entertainer Magician, comic etc for one of the adult bars at night? We are now an all adult crowd and it seems the dancing/club style entertainment is gone when I look at the Wish reviews.

You generally don’t get the extra entertainment on the short 4 night or less cruises as they don’t have additional entertainers on board.

The Fantasy last June had adult versions of all the additional evening entertainment (ventriloquist, magician, and Moonshot) so it’s likely due to the cruise length.

The Wish has a group of musicians that moved from venue to venue performing under slightly different names at each one, but they were always the same musicians. We watched them do their act as Victrophonics and also in one of the lounges as a Beatles tribute group and then they also did the pirate deck party. The pianist from the group did a solo act in one of the adult areas and I think they did a few other shows we missed. They were really outstanding performers. We were in awe of all the different genres they performed throughout the cruise.

The live music is there and it was very enjoyable. We mostly caught the live band in the Bayou on Deck 3. There is a piano player in Nightingales. They have all the live music performances listed on the app so you can see setlist names like Heroes &Villans, Princesses, Modern, Pixar, All different kinds of options.
