Hi Gang!!! Wanted to get us rolling before I go out the door for my 5 mile walk for diabetes this morning!!!! Happy October everyone!!!!

Well after a week of not counting points because I had that lovely tooth pulled I managed to stay the same!!! I am thrilled!!!!

Good morning! And thank you to the Whoosh fairy, she dropped by this week, scared off the mean ol' bloat fairy, and took 3 pounds with her.... and left me a new clippie!!

I've lost 2 lbs again this week...... which means that I can FINALLY update my clippie to a new one!!!!

I feel that I've been moving at a snail's pace... but it is coming off- bit by wretched bit. :tongue:

I decided a few days ago that its time to use fitday the correct way. No more adjusting my days to fit my calories. Maybe this will be what I need to get rid of those last 2lbs. After all - only 32.5 more days and we leave for our MAGICal cruise!! :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc

Planning on walking the gerbil track today, mowing at least part of the grass (when it dries) and taking DS to the Davis Farm. Better get off the internet and start my day. Have a good one everybody.
 
:goodvibes A pound for me, which puts me in a new decade (for the morning ;) ) and I get to go search out the new clippie. I am pumped to lose really say goodbye to the 80's, since, with my senior moment :rolleyes: I can't remember when I was last at the 70's. :scratchin Oh, yes I do. It was just before giving birth to my DisneyDaughter ::MinnieMo who is now 12. :tilt:

Good work, everyone. Your posts keep me keen and proud of all of you. Watching us take on the struggles of every day life, making choices that suit our own selves, situations and personalities really help to keep things in perspective. Weigh to go!
 
I took my clippie off my signature. I have not been able to exercise lately and it shows! I am watching what I eat and able to keep off pounds that way, but need to get my schedule turned around to start Curves again.

I have only been able to go once a week! AAHHH!! I need to lose this weight!

Oh well...will try again this week to get to Curves three times at least.

If I feel better about myself, and after I weigh myself, I will put my clippie back on.
 
I'm having a good week - down another couple of lbs. to 259. Keep on melting! Rewarded myself with 2 dresses on the clearance rack at Lane Bryant.

I was hoping to get the scales going in the right direction this week after going a little crazy last weekend and the WHOOSH Fairy paid me a very good visit! I am down 4.5 this week! Now I am only 1 lb away from my next clippie - Next week I hope to claim it and be well on my way to the next one! Congratulations to all of you - you are doing such a great job and reading about your progress keeps me motivated - I have NEVER stuck with a diet this long and to see the progress is so encouraging. Hope everyone has a great week!:D
 
I'm down 2 more pounds this week...Yippee!
Of course I was hoping for more, but hey, I'll take the 2!!!
I'm leaving for WDW next saturday and would like to be going down at the -10 lb. mark. I'll have to post in early next week as I will be visiting Mickey!!

Congratulations everybody!

With my little incident last week, and stitches in my toe, I had a REALLY bad week!!! :) But that's okay, cause I wanted to gain about 2 pounds, and that's what I did. 2.6 to be exact. Now hopefully I can keep it at the level it's at.

I submitted my paperwork for Weight Watchers and will be calling to set up training. I have to do 4 days of receptionist training, and then will go in for leader training. Wish me luck!
 
Back down to my pre-cruise weight. :)

Feeling very very viral and can barely get off the couch, much less exercise. I'm on day 3 of this so hopefully tomorrow it will be gone!

Must go lay back down....
 
I am at the same weight as last Sunday. I did not eat properly this week, but I HAVE kept up with my walking and exercise! I think all that exercise kept me from gaining. I'm back on track now and hope to show a loss next week.

I have lost a total of 4 pounds in 3 weeks but the big news is Ive Lost 13 INCHES!!
How? I have no idea! LOL
I think my weight is redistributing itself or something lol.

JK Im sure that I have gained more muscle from doing the yoga and as long as I keep up with a pound or two a week of actual loss I will be happy!

and my scale shows a loss of EIGHT (8) pounds!! :teeth: I realize that some (most?) of that is water....and I don't expect that to continue. Nevertheless - it was great to see the scale move!
 
Well, DD's wedding was yesterday and I'm glad to report that I maintained my weight. No gain, no loss. I was hoping for a one pound loss, but the wine must have done me in. Maybe I have some water weight. I'll check again tomorrow. And here I thought I ate so well...no rolls, no cake, no rice, no desserts. And I did a lot of dancing too.

Today I rode my bike and am being very careful in what I eat. I must drink a lot more water, though, and try to get rid of my excess fluids.

Congrats to all with a loss to report...and to those who have tried their best. This is a new week...one day at a time!
 
It's been a bad week so I'm only slightly surprised at a further 1lb gain this week (I did think the BF would have gone by now though giving me a no change overall)!!!

By the way please send PD as I get the results of the 'thing' they cut out of my leg this week.
 
I had a very good week this time. I actually increased my points for the first three days and ate alot! The rest of the week I stayed at my target points and increased my water by only 1 glass aday and I lost a little over 3 pounds this week! WOO HOO!!!

I have now lost almost 45 pounds! I have not weighed this weight in almost 11 years. I am getting rather excited about the fact that I'm coming closer to getting rid of 50 pounds! When I first started saying I wanted to lose 100 pounds sounded so unrealistic..now I know that if I stict to my little mini goals it is much easier and I can achieve my goals!

I lost 3lbs and 1/2 inch this week. I'm now only one itty bitty pound away from onederland. I'm so excited!!! I went a bit over points this week so I was glad to still see a good loss. My clothes are fitting much better now and I'm even able to wear some clothes that haven't seen the light in over a year. My winter coat is no longer a struggle to zip up, even with lots of layers. And I'll be able to wear a winter dress coat that my mom bought for me 2 years ago that never really fit even when it was new - the arms/shoulder area used to be tight too and now it's no problem, just need to lose a few more inches in the tummy for all the buttons to close.
