Well gang we have reached the halfway point of July!!!! Hard to believe!! Well this seemed to be a rough week and thankfully I stayed the same!! I need to work really hard this week!! I have a lunch at work tomorrow and work related dinner on wendsday and Dh and I are spending the day at the flea market on Friday so we will be eating out!! I think I am going to run outside and cut the grass before it rains!!

Well This has been a great month for WISHers!! AS we all Know SnackyStacky hit goal as did TigH!!! But have you all seen that John In Illinois and CathyCananda hit goal as well!!!!

Way to go WIShers!! Everyone I doing great!!!!
 
Good morning everyone! I'm happy to report that I am down 3 pounds this week. The only thing I really did differently was to get more protein into my diet. Seems to have helped. I hope everyone has a great week ahead! We can all look forward to Katholyn's return.:D
 
I am reporting in a loss today too. After being gone last weekend and gaining on that trip i am back down to my pre trip loss and -1 to boot. I'm thrilled a 171 on the scale for me this morning. That's my lowest weight yet. I also reached my 3rd 10% goal today with that weight in. Now i have reset to work on my 4th 10% which will take me down 17 more lbs to 154 when i reach it! Inching ever so close. Hopefully i'll get a new clippee next week with no trips planned!:) Congradulations Nancy that's a HUGE loss girl i know your so proud!

I lost this week. Almost 3 pounds, and VERY much accidentally. I had two fourth of July picnics, as I had reported, but I must have done a lot more activity than I gave myself credit for.

This week hasn't been too great, but I'm back on track once again, so hopefully will be able to report a loss or a maintenance next week.

And congratulations again to CathyCanada, and JohninIllinois for hitting goal!!!!!!!
 

Well I hate to break the trend but I stayed the same this week :( but at least no gain :D Congratulations to all those loosers and for those of you who gained there is this week to loose it so don't give up!
 
Well I hate to report but I gained 1.5 pounds for this week! I am so disappointed. And the thing is I actually felt very thin this week, even so much as to putting on my swim suit and thinking I won't scare anyone away! Oh well I guess I will just have to try harder this week.
 
Very demoralized this week. I stuck 100% to plan and didn't lose an ounce. :(
 
Hiya Guys ~

Well this is myfirst full week of being on Atkins. Decided that I wouldn't be weighing myself unil I have finished induction. Clothes feel a little looser and I'm feeling good within myself. Think I have finally found a diet that I can stick to for life not one that I have to stick to until I lose weight.

Hope everyone has a great week and we are all much lighter when we post this time next week!!!!!
 
Hey everyone! I'm sorry I haven't checked in, in a few weeks. Life has been so busy and hectic but it will be slowing down soon I hope.

I've been stuck at 220 for almost a month now but with my lack of exercise I'm just glad that I've managed to stay the same.

Summer just seems to drain me of all energy and make my fibromyalgia symptoms worse but I have to get moving.

My WISH buddy is the best! She is so encouraging and I just love her to pieces! Right now she is kicking my butt so I have to get on track again. :teeth:

Congrats to all who lost this week and to all who stayed the same or gained, we're gonna make it, just keep trying! :)
 
I'm up about a pound because I was away last week, but I'm not too discouraged. I got in a LOT of physical activity with walking, kayaking, and swimming. And yesterday I got back on my weight management plan and have already lost 1.5 pounds, so tomorrow I'm hoping to be back to where I was, then I can get ready to lose the other 7.5 pounds I'm determined to lose by August 1st! (But WISH me luck...I have 2 business trips before the end of the month...one for 2 nights, and 1 for 1 night!)

Congratulations to ALL of you! For those who didn't lose this week, please don't be discouraged, use it as a reason to get motivated!
 
To everyone who gained: I know just how you feel. It is sooo frustrating when that scale just doesn't go in the right direction. If you maintained, great!! I am thrilled to report that I went back on strict induction, drank lots of water, and stayed away from the mixed nuts, SO, I lost the pounds I gained last week and another 6 pounds. Total weight loss on WISH and Atkins of 25 pounds. Thanks to all the support on these boards--thanks TigH!! 10 more days til my Alaskan cruise. (and that challenge of eating properly).
 
This is my first weigh in report and I am down 7 lbs.! HA! If all weeks could be like this I'd reach goal in no time!! LOL! Oh well, it is a good jump start now the hard work begins.

Way to go to all who lost this week! To those who remained the same a high five...And to those who gained hang in there and keep going the loss WILL show, sometimes it just takes time!

Hi all,

I'm feeling pretty good about myself this week. Another pound or so gone, and I'm down to 134 as of today. That's four pounds in two weeks - if I keep that up, I'll hit my goal of 18 pounds in plenty of time for my WDW trip in October!!!

Congratulations to everyone who tried hard, even if you didn't lose an ounce. The effort will pay off eventually! A healthier body is a benefit of its own, right?

Well - my first week back on the diet, and I only lost one pound! I know that is better than gaining, but I thought I had done better!

oh well! I need more exercise, for sure!
 
OK My first check-in - 2#s down. Not too thrilling but it's a start. To be honest I really didn't do much other than cut back on snacking. Just happend to be on vacation the week before - eating out every night.

I had gained last week. I was on vacation. Lost those a a couple more. I've lost 9.5 lbs total. Hopefully next week I'll have my 10 lbs. clippy.:D
 
I'm down 3lbs this week which means I'm at 5lbs total for two weeks. Last week I reported that I wasn't sure whether I had lost 2lbs or not since the scale said I had lost Sun night but was back where I started on Mon. Well it was retained water on Mon b/c Tues I was back at 2 down. This week I made sure I drank plenty of water every day and I am so happy that I have lost 5lbs. I haven't noticed any difference yet from my weight loss. I have noticed that my biceps are bigger and I actually have triceps lol. Also my calf and thigh muscles (not that you can see the thigh ones) are getting stronger from walking. I haven't really been dieting, just paying more attention to what I eat and drink. Almost no soda at all - only if we go out - and no more bad snacks like cookies and chips - I now only eat a couple if any. I hoping I can lose close to another 10lbs before I go on vacation. It might be a little unrealistic but it will help keep me motivated.
 
I gained a half pound. I was on vacation ... I need to say no more! I'm OK with the slight gain 'cause it could have been a lot worse. I know that gain will be gone in no time just by getting back to Curves, and drinking my normal water intake :)

Congrats to all ... I would not be so inspired to get back on track so quickly if it weren't for all of you.
