Attention WISH Biggest Loser 4 participants
As the weight keeper is it my responsibility to record our weekly weights and determine our weekly percentage of weight lost.
It is your job to report your weight to me by Tuesday midnight each week. If you forget please send your weight as soon as possible. Please be honest and consistant. There is never a need to apologize for your weight. We all know that every week will not be perfect. Life will always make it difficult for us to make wise food choices and sometimes we will have a gain. What we do after the gain will define our journey. It is important to get back on program as soon as possible.
You are welcome to weigh in any day of the week that is convenient for you. Just choose one day and be consistant. Report your weight to me after you weigh in and remember that it must be reported by midnight on Tuesday for it to count for that week. If you have any questions just PM or email and ask away.
Also when you report your weight please state a number ie xxx. You can include your weekly change if you would like, that is optional. ie I lost x pounds this week.
We are all adults here and I will not hound or pester you for your weight.
Please report your weight with a PM or an email to either
blct@comcast.net or
brenda@kbelectric.biz.
I need your help this week
Right now I am on a road trip with limited computer access. My PM box is getting full and I don't think it will hold everyones information this week and I am not able to clean it out at this time. If your PM does not go through please email me at one of the addresses listed. I know PM is easier and I promise I will have everything straightened out for next week.
Thanks for your understanding in this matter.
I am looking forward to getting to know each one of you and enjoying this journey with you. I know things may be difficult at times but I know that we are worth it and we can make the best health choices to achieve our weight loss goals. Let's cheer each other on and start moving onward and downward.
Have a healthy day!
