Wiping the Dog

OMG!!! I've been wanting to get a dog. We always had a dog when I was a kid. But seeing this thread may have changed my mind. I always thought once I get my kids potty trained I can get a dog. I didn't realize I would need to be wiping butts for another decade or two if I got a dog. Thanks everybody!

Oh it's not that bad. My Oreo will stand and stare at me if she needs to be wiped and I do it. She's trained! It is quite funny to hear my very macho dad, ask "are you poopy?" Of course he won't do the wiping. That's woman's work.

What are ya'll complaining about? I have and Old English Sheepdog!! LMAOO one time I had neglected to trim "that" area, and I was sooo sick, fever of over 102, I got up in the night to get a drink after NO sleep for two nights, and I HAD to work the next day...DARLING sheepie has food allergies and she actually had a MAJOR and huge accident of the kind that was extremely disgusting, and while I am trying to not get sick and think how I will clean this up she sat her shaggy rear end right down in the mess, smearing it all in her coat of hair!! OMG!! I was up for two hours cutting off coat there, mucky coat AND then bathing her all while running to the loo myself to be ill.

I STILL love her but, lordy, lordy this "wiping" incident sure tested that love. And with Sheepdogs we always wipe her muddy feet at the door when she comes in...and still yet...I love my ((((((((((((((Winnie))))))))
