I went to buy some new pants for work yesterday. I brought what I thought would be a lose pair into the fitting room. Then I looked in the three-way mirror - :scared1: :faint:

Who knew all those lattes and bagels I've been eating all winter were going directly to my rear? Now all of a sudden it's going to be 60 degrees tomorrow and I realized bathing suit season can't be far behind :rolleyes2

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

:confused3 Move to where it is cold year round :confused3

:grouphug: I feel your pain sistah. :guilty:

I am dancing away the pounds...

oh yes, it is so easy to pack on the pounds. my stupid belly has gotten so big I look like I am carrying triplets. this is the heaviest I have ever been in my entire life. :sad2:

I know! Me too, I am the heaviest I have been since high school, which was my previous high weight. I was 118 pounds for YEARS, now I hit my late, late forties and I am 135 - all of it in my middle. I never had such a round stomach in my life. UGH!!!!!

When I gain weight it goes to two place, my butt and my tummy. I hate that. I wish it went to my ****s. :rotfl2:

I have to go buy another bathing suit before my May cruise and I hate swim suit shopping.

I like to think that clothes shrink from the heat in the winter.

I have winter weight, summer spring and fall.
I'm the only person I know who can eat as much in the summer as the winter. whoever said the heat lowers your appettite hasn't met me!

:duck:

Well I am a big believer in working out, really exercise and diet is the only way to get those extra pounds off.

Working out is not that bad...I go to the gym at least four times a week before work. :thumbsup2

your heart will thank you. I belong to a gym that is ladies only, you might think about that.

I put on over 10 pounds since Nov! Some horrible combination of Christmas indulgences and awful weather that keeps me form getting out and moving around and walking, which is my favorite exercise!

It's slowly coming off now, but I still can't believe how fast it came on!!!

We're right in the middle of a kitchen redo. Between not having a working kitchen(no stove, sink) having to eat out almost every night, and winter blues, I've gained a solid 15lbs. Tomorrow (Friday) I'll be at weight watchers, bright and early hanging my head in shame. I use to be lifetime member and always around 5lbs. UNDER, BUT, now, I'll be at the back of the class. Even my sweatsuits are tight. I'm shameful and should have my jaw wired shut....This weekend its going to be around 60 degrees or so and sunny, I'll be wearing my dark, winter clothes waddleing around like a penguin....Why did I do this to myself.....

Well, I wouldn't shop there anymore. It's obvious that they have those circus/county fair/illusion type mirrors. Find a new store with butt thinning mirrors. :thumbsup2
