Winter Recess or Sprink Break ?

If anyone has any ideas on this matter I would greatly appreciate it. I know the weather will be a lil chillier/ or shall I say not as hot. But my big question is, the amount of people. I take it That Easter week/Spring Break is crazy, but is the February winter recess really bad , not so bad, moderate, or average , in terms of the lines at the parks and the restaurants and stuff?

Not really sure on the answer to this, winter recess and spring break happen at diffrent times depending on where you live. Much of the northeast (inculding NJ) has off similar times. I am going Spring break which for us in MA is the 3rd week of April. This will be our 3rd trip going around this time and its been lots of fun and beautiful weather Good luck and Happy Planning

If by February break you mean presidents week it will be busy but not Easter/Spring break busy. It will be meduim busy. Some schools are out that week, some are not. Ours (in NE Tenn) are not out that week at all, not even for a day, other schools in other areas get the whole week or just get presidents day or a long weekend.
