Winter Discounted Packages

Our Family of 23 is Booked at the Pop Century Feb. 3, 2018 thru Feb. 9, 2018. We are under non discounted packages with park hoppers and dining. Does anyone know when the Discounted Packages come out for the winter. Definitely want to have a chance to discount all of our packages. Appreciate any feed back so I will know when to start looking. I know you have to act as soon as they come out or you will lose out. Thanks
