I called the Winnipeg disneystore this morning to see if they had any discount park tickets and as I was hanging up the cm said, "Oh and we don't take mastercard." . I asked why not and she said we just don't. Does anyone know why they wouldn't take mastercard?

I'm not sure if it's still going on here but last year when the DS were sold from Childrens Place back to Disney there was a change over period. During that time they only took cash for a few days and then it was cash and Visa. It was supposed to be temporary.

I bought stuff at the DS outlet store and paid with my Amex about 2 months ago.

I don't know why... it's been a LOOOONG time, tbh. They had a system upgrade, where they were only taking cash and visa for a while, and now they take debit too - but still no mastercard, or mall gift cards. I'm not sure if they take American Express either.

They do take American Express. We bought our MYW tickets a few months ago using Amex.
