not sure I understand what you are referring to.

do you mean the $20 per person wine tasting that you can do in Germany, Italy, and France?

if so, you just go the wine counter of any one of these three countries and tell them you want to buy the wine passport - it includes a list of wines you can taste in each country. I believe you get six pours for $20 unless it's changed since last October.

it's probably a 1-ounce pour in a tacky plastic wine "glass." They are not going to give you a full size glass of wine.

My friend and I did this last October. You get 6 pours total for $20. Well worth it. France and Italy are very generous with the pours. The red Fuisse and Chateau Tour de Segur Bordeaux, Lussac St. Emilion in France is one of the best reds I have tasted. Actually considered purchasing buying a bottle. Germany will give you exactly 2 oz. No more.

The only advice I can give you is pace your self. When we did this it was 95 degrees. We started at 11:00 had a few beverages at a couple of Food and Wine booths, had a glass of wine at Chefs de France with lunch. This was all on top of the wine walk. By 2:00 we were feeling pretty happy.. We actualy had to take a about an hour break before we could finish the wine walk.

The nice thing as long as you hang on to the passport and the receipt you don't have to do it all in one day.

All in all I WILL be doing the wine walk again. So much fun!!
