How does one make reservations for the wine tasting and cooking classes? Does it happen on embarkment day during the normal "ressie frenzy". Where on the ship do you have to go?

Is it possible to make reservations ahead of time for the wine tasting and cooking classes?

Thanks and Happy Sailing!

I've never had a problem getting into the wine tasting and I've always made the ressie after getting on the ship.

And for the cooking demonstrations, you just show up. Usually plenty of room.

Have fun!

I thought I read that you have to go to Guest Services to get tickets for the Art of Entertaining/cooking classes.

For the Art of Entertaining series, you just show up at the appointed place/time. There is also a galley tour for which you need tickets. These are availabe either from Guest Services or during the Art of Entertaining classes. You will have to sign up in Guest Services for the Wine Tastings (there is a fee of $12).

We never gave the wine tasting a second thought, (ressie rush wise) always called guest services the day before hand had no problem getting into three of them, this last cruise we did the same thing and were stunned to find out both times were sold out. This year I will call on embarkation day.
