hi everyone! does anyone know if it saves any $ to purchase the wine package in advance? thanks!

No. There is no cost savings to do it in advance. And you may want to evaluate whether there is any savings for the package versus purchasing what you want individually.

I looked at the selections and I think I would rather order the bottles I know I want rather than have a list of ones I don't.

That's what we did. Got the wines we wanted, and for less money than the cheapest package.

Agree with many of the PP's but also wanted to point out that you do not have to buy a wine package strictly by the number of nights of your cruise. If you are on a 7-night cruise, you could just buy a 3 or 4 bottle package.

We bought a three night package for a one week cruise and it was exactly what we needed. We were a little upset we couldnt get the wine from the package at any of the bars. It only saved us like $7
