wine/note box ceremony?

Hi,

I do not know exactly how this certain ceremony is called but it includes a bottle of wine in a wooded box, then you and your hubby put in a note that you both wrote to the each other into the box so you may read at your 1yr anniversary...so what is it called, has anyone done this and how did you include it into the ceremony?
