Wine Country Gift Baskets

Has anyone heard of or used www.winecountrygiftbaskets.com? I saw a couple of baskets that I was thinking of ordering as gifts and wondered if anyone had anything to say about them good or bad.

Yes, I ordered from them for my Dad a couple of years ago. He and my Mom really enjoyed it. They also said it was VERY nicely packaged/wrapped. I would recommend them.

Just wanted to point out that they only ship alcohol to certain states in case you had not seen that.

I realized that after I decided to use them. So I thought I would order it to my house and hand deliver it to them myself (since VA is on the wine delivery list). They seem to be very nice and a good value for the money.

Glad you had a good experience with them as I have never heard of them before I wasn't sure.

I have sent and received them! After my sisters sent me one a few years ago I started getting their catalogs. They are beautifully made and very reasonably priced.

I received their cataloge last week and thought I had several gifts figured out. Then I looked at where they ship to and it quickly took the wind out of my sails!

I guess I could always have it delivered to me, then repackage it and reship it, but it's just too much trouble!

On to plan B!

Yeah - I don't get why CALIFORNIA Wines can't be shipped to every state? What's up with that?! Do they allow French & Italian wines to be imported? I think we make the best wines in the world here in California, it's a shame some states won't allow it to be shipped there. Anyone have an explanantion?

I have received baskets 4-5 times and have since sent them as I loved them so much. The prices are reasonable, they are packaged well, and we always enjoyed the various goodies. I need new ideas however, since I have used them so many times!

Not sure about the shipping restrictions, sorry. I am so happy to hear positive feedback and can't wait to place an order. For me to ship to myself for a couple of people is okay as I will see them at Thanksgiving and will take them north with me. It sure would be nice if they shipped everywhere.

I just received the first thing I ordered and it is great. I placed the order on Sunday and it arrived today. Great packaging, the gift is quality so I can't complain. I have placed another order, but that isn't set to arrive until December. Thanks to all of you for your advice, one happy customer here.
