Wine Bar George

This evening we braved the torrential rains and made it to opening night of Wine Bar George. The ribbon-cutting ceremony was canceled and they opened the doors about 30 minutes early. In short, everything was fantastic! The atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable, I tried at least 6 different wines and they were all magnificent. The food was incredible. If they can maintain this quality, this will be a boon for Disney Springs. Already looking forward to the next trip... later this week!

Glad to hear it was excellent. We will be there in early June - before ADRs open. Do you know if they were taking walk up reservations? Would love to hear more about the wait when you go back.
