Since I saw it on another public post.... They are hoping to open Saturday night, pending final sign offs and approvals (which should happen tomorrow, I believe). They seem to be ready. All week has been test meals for Disney Execs and last night someone bought the $2000 bottle of Chateau Margeaux. My money is on Kaligridis. He could write that off as a business expense and no one would bat an eye. Meanwhile.... I have to buy my own yellow writing pads. . Oh... and if you want to taste the Margeaux... you can buy it by the ounce!
