Hi tboss and welcome to the Dis! We are staying at Windsor Palms in February and have heard a lot of good things about it and nothing bad. I haven't used that web site, so I can't help you with that question.

What site you see it at really doesn't matter a whole lot. Most owners advertise their home/condo at multiple sites to try to get the most business.

Keep in mind that WP is not a resort or a timeshare. Every home is privately owned. You rent either direct from the owner or through a management company hired by the owner. Our condo was beautiful and we have nothing but good things to say about the experience. The owner sets the price he/she wishes to charge per night.

Are all of the condos nice? Well, that's kind of hard to say since they are all individually owned. Overall, the complex is practically new and I would be very surprised to hear of any units in poor condition. I think its a great place to stay regardless of where you find your rental.
