Windsor Palms... smell?

I've heard from a few people that Windsor Palms is beside some type of waste management facility (or something like that). Is this true?

Has anyone stayed there before? Comments?

We have stayed there 3 weeks: Jan, May and Sept. Never smelled anything unusual.

We just returned on Sunday from a home in Windsor Palms, didn't smell a thing.
