.....back,when it first opened,was it simply called "the Palms"?

I don't think so, I think it's always been Windsor Hills. We stayed there not long after it opened and drove by there before that and it was called Windsor Hills.

The Palms might have been Windsor Palms, but I am not even sure about that!

the entrance to the place I was thinking of,was right across the street from "the World of Orchids". When we were there,it was just being built,probably 10 years ago. Does anyone have any idea what the name of the place I'm talking about?
