My sister and family just returned from a stay at Windsor Hills. She tells me that the whirlpool closed at 8PM (slight chance it was 9PM). Staff relayed some story about it being law that they had to close it down then because the whirlpool didn't have lighting in it and/or surrounding it. I guess when they rebuilt the pool area, someone forgot to take these rules into account. The pool is open later, just not the hot tub.
