Windsor Hills- Townhouse with Hot Tub?

I have gone through hundreds of quotes from owners at Windsor Hills. We are debating between 3 bedroom townhouse or 4 bedroom house. Do any of the townhouses have hot tubs or spas? Even jets in the master bathroom would be nice. It's so hard to narrow things down, but I think this may be the deciding factor.

There are just basic tubs with showers in the townhouses. I think the downstairs bath just has a large shower. There is a splash pool on the patio. I don't know if they all have jets but at the townhouse we stayed in you could turn the splash pool into a big hot tub with jets.

The 4 bedrooms will have full pools and spas. The townhouses just have the splash pools.
