Windsor Hills Townhomes - Can you help me decide?

I was wondering if any of you Windsor Hills experts could help me decide whether or not to stay here.

I was looking at several townhomes with splash pools and wonder if it matters which way the pool faces since we are going in February? Would a south facing pool stay warmer? (We would get the pool heat.)

Also...how warm will the pool be with pool heat at that time of year? Does a pool cover really help or is it more of a pain?

Are the townhomes far from the community pool?

Is there anyone special I should rent from?

A south facing pool will get the sun most of the day and will definitely be a plus in February with the cooler nights. Even though you are getting the heat, a lot of heat can be lost during the cool nights in February. Therefore, it is very helpful to use the pool cover at night and when the pool is not in use if the townhome provides one. It is not difficult at all to put the pool cover in place, especially if it is on rollers; but for the splash pools in the townhome it should be pretty easy regardless.

February is a beautiful time to go to Disney. We go down every year in February--we love it!

We were @ WH in Feb/ 2008, and we had pool heat but no pool cover and it was definitely plenty warm when we went in it at night.

We loved staying here, and I am starting to plan another stay for May 2010. It is a very relaxing/roomy place to stay. And you can't beat the prices that are available.

You should definitely inquire of the individual owners what temp. they set the pool at. We've stayed the last two years in a WH townhome over Christmas. When it's cold out, a difference of a couple of degrees can make a difference in if the pool feels WARM versus tepid/cool.
