Windsor Hills Security Gate question

On my last two visits to Windsor Hills the owners of the rentals emailed me a document which appeared to be some type of parking rental confirmation pass. When I got to the gate I showed the document, then the security provided a pass and we were let in.

The owner I am renting from this time said I need to go into the welcome center to get the parking pass.

My question is what does security want to see in order to let me in the community. I can't go to the welcome center if security won't let me.

What is the procedure?

I normally just show my rental agreement at the gate to the security man and they then give me the parking pass. I have never had to go to the welcome centre to get it.

We were just there in Nov. and just showed our rental paperwork at the gate. Didn't go to the clubhouse/welcome center at all while we were there.
