Windsor Hills - rent from Brit or Amer?

Does it matter? I have 4 townhome quotes in front of me and they are all British owners. Is there anything I should ask them? Is there a difference in renting??

I have to say, they are all cheaper than the American owners.

There is no "difference" in renting from an individual from the UK, US, or Canadian! You will want to make sure that they accept payment in the currency you wish to pay in. The only difference may be in their rental agreements and decor, but that is not country specific

We've rented from both, no difference. Just go with the one you like.

Would you mind letting me know which sites you found these townhomes on. I'm looking for a townhome and would like to rent from a Brit, because depending on the exchange rate it may work out cheaper for us pay in pounds rather than dollars.
