Windsor Hills Recommendation

Has anyone stayed at the Black Pearl (kissimouse.com) before? Any reviews/recommendations? The place we rented last time is not available.

Sorry; we haven't rented from them. This is our third WH trip but first time renting from VacationCentralFlorida. So far I'm happy with our choice.

We like renting directly from the owner and saving money. We need a 5+ bedroom home. We loved being across the castle playground last time but have fewer available homes this time around. The Black Pearl looks good for the money but there are no reviews.

I checked to see what management company she uses, because sometime that makes more difference, and found out it is the guy who owns the store at Windsor Hills. If you haven't stayed at the Black Pearl but know something about P&M Management company, I would appreciate comments.
