Windsor Hills or Windsor Palms? Is there a big difference?

I'm looking into renting a condo and found ones that I like at Windsor Hills and Windsor Palms. Besides the community pool, is there a big difference when it comes to the clubhouse amenities or the surrounding area? Based on reviews, I know that Windsor Hills is an outstanding resort but anyone have reviews about Windsor Palms?
Any information would be very helpful.

Thank you!

I think the main difference is that since Windsor Palms is older, there is more variation in the quality of the accomodations. Meaning that some at Windsor Palms have been kept up very well and may have even had a recent refurbishment so that they're extremely nice, but others may have not been well-maintained and are appearing somewhat run-down.

But, I'll also say that even at the newer Windsor Hills, there are some places that were only outfitted with the cheapest, most basic furnishings and those may already be appearing run-down.

I'd say in general, that Windsor Hills is likely to have things like flat screen tv's while those would be a fairly recent addition at Windsor Palms.

We've stayed at both many times and would (& will be!) go back to either. The surrounding area is basically identical, as only about a mile separates them on 192 (I think), so you use the same grocery, restaurants, etc for either.

We don't use the clubhouse or pool at either one, so I can't comment other than the obvious that there's a slide at Windsor Hills and not at Windsor Palms.

We're going back to Windsor Palms for Thanksgiving and staying in a townhome that was recently sold and renovated!

You can see WH across the street from WP - they are that close!

WP is smaller - you can walk from even the pool homes to the clubhouse. The clubhouse is smaller at WP, but they have the same general amenities. WP has been under owner control for sometime and they have added amenities like bike hire, Starbucks coffee, a Wii game room etc.

WH - the pool is larger and has the slide and zero entry. The community is larger - condos are 4 stories high (3 at WP), perhaps not as easy to walk from pool homes to clubhouse.

Distance to everything is similar (shops, attractions etc)

After having stayed at both resorts with my mom & kids we are going back to WH. Not having an elevator and carrying up groceries & luggage at WP was tough and my kids liked the pool & slide at WH better. WP also was a little more dated. They are both convenient to Disney but we definitely liked WH more. The clubhouse at both were pretty much the same including the game room & movie theater.

We like them both! We are planning to stay at the Windsor Palms next April. It's just easier with the kids for us to be able to walk to the clubhouse and community pool. The townhouse we have rented at the Windsor Palms is very modern and not at all outdated. They are very close to each other in proximity.
