Windsor Hills (or Emerald Island) Homes w/Hot Tubs???

I am looking for a home with a hot tub, and only need a 3 bedroom.

Does any of you have any experience with renting a home in either of these areas (townhouse would be fine too) that has a hot tub??

as far as i know, the only 3 bedroom units at emerald island are townhomes, which do not have hot tubs. all of the 4-7 bedroom pool homes have hot tubs.

don't know about windsor hills.

I do believe there are a few 3 bedroom pool homes in EI, but only a couple. They only offered that model for a short time.

EIR does not have hot tubs in the town homes. There are community hot tubs near the pool areas.

If you are interested here is a sight for just EI homes and you might find something that is interesting if you are willing to give up the hot tub at the residence.

I know WHR has splash pools might be more of what you are interested in.

Hi, Windsor Hills has 2/3 bedroom condos (with no pools or hot tubs, but the resort pool / clubhouse next to them does have both!)...townhomes (we own one) with a private splash pool (3 bed / 3 baths with splash pool...now..the splash pool does have jets and the temperature can be turned up...but it's not 100% a true hot tub...we just had guests ask us for the same thing...and they loved our splash pool in jet mode). Next, there are single family homes, 4, 5, and 6 bedrooms, and these have larger pools and many / most also have hot tubs / spas. All are very nice, Windsor Hills is an incredible resort! The resort spa / hot tub in particular is set in a lush tropical lagoon type surrounding overlooking the lake / wetlands area.

We had guests looking for a true hot tub..and asked us many of the same questions. (Keep in mind all of the 3BR/3BA townhomes with pool are 100% identical floor plans...not as true on the inside..but that's a different topic! hehe)... Anyhow, they were concerned that we turn on the jets and crank up the heat for them, which we did both, and told us afterwards that they absolutely loved staying with us, and the pool more than met their expectations! We find, and our guests have found this to be true also, that when you get back from the parks you're tired, and there's nothing better than slipping into your own private splash pool, and as a result there are times that we don't even make it over to the resort clubhouse / pool! It's great to sit by the pool with my laptop too so I can watch the kids swim (they never seem to tire out quite like us adults do they?! hehe) and relax without having to leave our place!

11/16/2006 We stayed at your townhouse from Nov 3rd-Nov 9th, what a wonderful vacation townhouse you have. We did not bring our baby but if we had we wouldn't have had to bring much! I love your decor, i felt right at home. The pool was lovely, the kids enjoyed everything, they didn't want to leave!!! We'll be back in a couple of years when the baby is ready for Disney!

DonnaBelle06: I think you are looking for Terra Verde which has 3 bedroom townhouses with 2 1/2 baths and most have their own hot tub. That is the route we are taking for a winter 2007 trip. It is a housing development off Poinciana Blvd.
