Windsor Hills or Beach Club Villas?

Hi,
we are coming from Italy, there are 6 adults and 1 children ages 3 and 6.
We would like to go to WDW, Animal Kingdom, Discovery Cove and SeaWorld, undecided about staying on Disney or off. Does anyone have suggetsions? How long of a ride is it from WDW to sea world?
I appreciate any help and suggestions.
