Windsor Hill Condo question

Can anyone tell me if the condos are noisy. We are looking at renting a 2nd floor condo but wasn't sure if it's better to get something on the 4th floor? Are the walls thin? Can you hear people above you? If the condo faces basketball court does it get noisy? Any info on Windsor Hills condo will be greatly appreciated. Thank!

We rented a place on the 3rd floor and didn't have any problem. I don't know if that's because there weren't any other people around us or not, though. We were there during Thanksgiving, so the place was pretty full - and we never heard a peep from anyone. We're goin' back in about FIVE weeks! I can't WAIT!

We were on the 3rd floor and never had any issues. We weren't near the basketball courts though, we were in a lake/pond view.

We were also on the third floor, and except for some kids yelling from the parking lot area a few times we never heard any noise. We were not near the pool area.

We were on the fourth floor last February - I don't remember any noise issues and we had a two year old that we were trying to get to sleep, so I'm sure I would have noticed and remembered.
