I'll try to make this as short as possible. LOL
Our high school secretary sends out Forward emails with attachments. When those emails are sent to our email, there is no attachment. She has repeatedly told me the issue is on my end, that our email is the reason we aren't receiving forward attachments and I've been told to change my settings.
I've looked and not been able to find anything regarding forwarded attachments. This is frustrating for me, since we receive other forwarded attachments. I personally think it's her error, but I'm willing to take a look and see if I need to change anything.
I'm unfamiliar with windows live email (recently got a new computer) so if there is anyone that could help, I'd greatly appreciate it.
