Winchester Mystery House - Flashlight tours

Has anyone ever done the flashlight tour?

My BFF and I want to take our DD's to the house (I grew up in San Jose and have never been )
Girls are 11 & 12 and not shrieking violets, me on the other hand I'm a bit of a chicken and my BFF totally fascinated by the whole idea of anything paranormal, but I wonder if you lose a lot of the grandeur of the house and gardens.

My DD 12 and I have taken the tour in the daylight. It's pretty creepy even then.

She's also taken the flashlight tour and it did scare her, but she scares pretty easily. They try to make that one even spookier.

I don't think you can see much of the gardens in the dark, but you could always get there early and look around.
