Williamsburg.

Just been given the chance to add an extra week onto our vacation after a DCL cruise in July. I have been offered 2 different timeshares in Williamsburg, VA, Club Sunterra Greensprings or Williamsburg Plantation and would welcome any advice.

Knew I shouldn't have posted when I was tired! What I meant was did anybody have any experience of the two timeshares and which one they would recommend. Even though I am Scottish I love American history and would love to stay in this area.

We stayed at Club Sunterra, Powhatan Plantation on Ironbound Road and it was very convenient to Williamsburg. I don't think this is the same thing though. The condos were lovely, full kitchen, LR, Dining area, W/D, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a balcony.

We loved having a home away from home, especially because my DD started with the first awful symptoms of mono on the first day of our trip and was awfully sick by the third. It was so nice not to be cramped in a little hotel room.

Thank you for the info as that was the third one we were offered. I agree it looks lovely and as there is only the two of us (my mum and I so we would want the 2 bedrooms!) the space would be great. I hope your daughter recovered in time for you to enjoy some of the week.
