Williamsburg VA

Can anyone give me information on this area. It will be our first visit. We're going down for my middle DD's softball game and then will extend our trip a couple of days to hit Bush Garden and also Water Country (I think). We already have our hotel reservations. We're also contemplating Williamsburg and would love information. Our girls are 8, 11 and 18. We've done Greenfield Village in Michigan, Sturbridge Village, is it just all the same?

Also if there is anyone in the area, can you recommend a resturant that would seat a very large party for dinner before all the softball festivities on Saturday.
