Will...Your mustang - **Pics added

That looks like the KITT Car from the New Knight Rider which is a Ford shelby 500 Mustang

I thought exactly the same thing.

Cool car, Will. Maybe I will get one of those. Will a carseat fit in the back?:rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Will, I think I may have mentioned before that we have a '67 GT (White) and '06 GT (Screamin' Yellow). My husband is on the Mustang forums every chance he gets and is in the middle of installing the short shifter I got him for Christmas. There was a problem with it and the manufacturer had to send some different bushings...but we just got them yesterday, so I'm sure the project will be finished soon!

Will's mom here from Indiana... yep, he's growing up and finally got his dream car. He's been wanting a mustang since he was 15 when I wouldn't buy him one. I had mixed emotions when he was talking about trading the Bravada in, especially when I'm not there to advise (or as he may call it, mother). Can't wait to see it when I visit in March. Also looking forward to the cruise in May and meeting everyone... just listened to two podcasts and am learning the ropes and trying to navigate the website. Will-wear your seatbelt and drive safe! Luv ya! Mom

Will, thank your mother....

I had an awesome black '86 302 HO when I was 17.....and I didn't have it very long. The insurance alone cost me $2300 a year. However, I do remember that gas during that time was less that a buck a gallon.

I still miss the sound and feel of that engine.....

I love those 4 eyes (1986 Mustang), you don't see many of them around anymore:sad2:

My cousin had a pretty sweet one when I was real young, but he totaled it, and bought a 90 GT, that is where it all started for me :goodvibes

Watch out Paul, I just installed an electrocuting alarm system :scared1:

DANG! :headache: It still may be worth the risk! pirate:

Hey Will, how about a little trip around the WDW race track, you in your very cool Mustang and I in my new 2010 Camaro?;)

Will a carseat fit in the back?:rotfl2: :rotfl2:

::yes:: A carseat will fit in the back. At least I know that an Alpha Omega/Eddie Bauer and Nania carseat will fit. My DH has an '03 (or is it an '04 or '05 - I never remember) Cobra and he has had to tote the kidlets around before. The carseat dropped the "cool factor" of the car down a bit but with the windows tinted nobody could see them. As long as my DH & I have been together (going on 14 yrs.) he has always had a Mustang. And each one just gets better, stronger, faster and more powerful.

Wow that Camaro looks soooo :cool1::cool1: :thumbsup2 it looks sooo Retro.

Having a family.... I would love to talk the wifey in to one of these
Pontiac G8 GXP (or the GT, for that matter)

congrats, it is gorgeous!

we own 4 mustangs, only two run- DH used to drag race, although since having our son, they haven't moved. he has a 90lx, 89gt, 95gt yellow, white95 cobra. the 89gt is the race car- full cage, turbo etc. i forget what his quarter or 1/8 mile time was, but good enough to require the cage etc. He built that motor himself. now it is sitting out there untouched for the last 3 years or so. although i can say it is nice not having headers or misc car parts in my living room all the time. :confused3 :rotfl:

nedac- DH was looking at those pontiacs too. we are looking for a new car. We have 2006 Dodge Cummins Turbo diesel that i drive (yeah, i get looks for that one, but DH says it is safer for me and the baby rather than the lowered mustang and hey, we are in TX afterall). We also considered a charger and maybe now a Cadillac CTS. of course he is more concerned about the motor than the look. lol

I sense a new contest coming:

Win a ride with Will!!!

(Hey, Will- will you take an old chick out for a spin next time I'm in town? :rotfl2: )

How do I enter??? :thumbsup2

Awwww Will! Don't worry my mom checks up on me on Disboards too!

I have to say I have never been a fan of American cars, (oddly more of a Audi or Aston Martin fan myself) however those cars are STUNNING!

I hate the fact I can't afford to drive right now, can drive stick and everything! I miss my little car, which has now been made into a 15 year old's ralley car, with a roll cage and everything! :scared1:
