Will you please take a look at my plan?

OK - I have pored over multiple threads here until my eyes have gone fuzzy! :-) Can someone take a look at this plan and let me know what you think?

We are staying at Residence Inn Maingate, and our park days are Thurs 10/30, Friday 10/31, and Sat 11/1.

Thursday 10/30 I am planning on DCA, as it will not have early morning hours for hotel guests since it's a Thurs - right? I have a WoC dinner reservation at Carthay Circle.

Friday 10/31 we have tix to the Halloween Party. We are only planning on that for the day, giving my husband and the kids a day to relax and veg before party arrival at 4. I am hoping to get a ticket to Walk in Walt's Footsteps for myself that day, and if I do, I know I will need a park ticket to get in that day.

Sat 11/1 we are planning on DL. This is a day with MM hour, so I am considering actually buying all of us 3 day tickets (even though DH, DS, and DD will only need 2 park days) in order to take advantage of MM this day. I have a dinner reservation at Blue Bayou on this day.

What are your thoughts on buying a 3 day ticket to get MM hour? If we do that, can we use the third day as a de facto park hopper in case we decide to switch parks one day? I wasn't going to get park hoppers... I haven't bought our park tickets yet (aside from the MHP party ticket) because I don't know if I will get a Walt's Footsteps spot yet.

Thanks so much for your help - this forum has been so valuable in planning this birthday trip!

You cannot use the same ticket to enter both parks on the same day without a park hopper option.

In terms of the Magic Morning, I'm kind of neutral about it. It's good if you plan to do the FL or TL rides, but not all of the park is open. From what I can tell, the price difference between a 2-day base adult ticket and the 3-day base adult ticket is $48. I would probably only opt to upgrade to the 3-day ticket if you planned to enter the parks for all three days.
