Will we regret doing this? (re: MNSSHP)

We're going on our second trip to WDW Sept 8-16. It will be myself, dh, and our three kids aged 5,5, almost 4.

About two months ago, I got appointment for all 3 kids at the BBB Sept 14 (my son will be getting the "cool dude"). Since we did not plan to attend MNSSHP at the time, I booked the earliest times possible:8:00 am for all three kids. I also got ADR's for us at the Supercalifragilistic breakfast for 10:30. I figured the kids would do BBB, then when they got done we could head to Liberty Square (which will be the only "land" we haven't done by that point in the trip). Around 10:00 we'll leave MK for the breakfast, and after the breakfast go back to our resort to rest.

Well, I made all these plans thinking we were not going to MNSSHP. However, a few days ago my kids saw some footage of the party on the planning DVD, and started begging to go. Since this will be possibly our only trip during the fall, I decided to go a head and buy the tickets.

We're all really excited to go to the party....but I wonder if we're going to regret the early appointments at BBB?? We're planning on spending all afternoon resting, but will that be enough? Should I try to move the BBB appointments back, like to after our breakfast? The kids are excited to wear their new hairstyles to the character meal, so I hate to change the BBB bookings, but maybe I should. What would you guys do in my situation?

Thanks!

Kelly

I think, assuming that you finish your CM around noon, that your kids should be ok with a nice long afternoon nap. My question is will you have time to finish adventure land before your meal? if not however, head back to the party around 5 or so and do it before the party or even during the party. The jungle cruise is cool at night.

Where's the breakfast located? Do you think 30 minutes is enough time to get there? Do you plan to have a car, or take Disney Transportation?

Now, to your actual question (LOL!) sorry...

I think the kids will be fine if they get to rest a lot before the party. WIll they actually nap? (That might mess up the hair, though, won't it?)

The supercalli breakfast is at the Grand Floridian and the OP can just take the monorail there. I did that last trip. We went to morning EMH and did all the coasters before taking monorail to GF for a 10:15 ADR. As far as I can think of the only two attractions in Liberty Square the Liberty Belle boat and Haunted Mansion, both of which she could probably do at MNSCHP. I know the Liberty Belle is open as a haunted pirate ship at PPP not sure if it is open during MNSSHP as I have never been to that event

And, we probably won't even do the Liberty Belle since we just did it on our last trip a year ago. It's relaxing, but not on our "must do" list. We also won't do the Hall of Presidents thing, I think the kids would be bored. So all we'll be doing in Liberty Square that morning will be Haunted Mansion....and it might just be me doing it.
