There is 10 of us going November 8-15, gonna do 1 day each per park. Ages are 3,5,7,10,11,13 and 3 adults. The parks are open either 9-5pm or 9-6pm during the period we are going.

With the short day, is the express pass needed? is this typically a crowded time at US and IOA?

Also, what do the express passes cost?

if you plan to do express passes for 9 people, you might as well stay on site and get the fotl pass for free.........even if you have to get 2 rooms.

check the calendar for epp prices for the days you plan to do the parks.
you are doing 2 days of universal but if you stayed on site for one night, you would get 2 days of fotl for free

we are already booked at Wyndham bonnet Creek, we are doing 4 days at disney and 2 days at US & IOA.

So, are you thinking 2 rooms cost would be cheaper (for 1 night) than getting 9 (or 10? does the 3yr old need one?) Express passes?

I don't think you'll need espress at that time. Make sure you arrive at park opening and you should be fine. I certainly wouldn't buy it ahead of time because, if you don't need it, you will have wasted your money. If you need it, you can always buy it at the park.

yes, a 3 year old would need a park ticket to enter the park.
also, a 3 year old would need the express pass to use the express lane for rides and attractions.

For your dates, Nov 8th is $30.99, the rest of the days are $25.99 for a 1 day, 2 park express pass.

So, if you buy 9 of them for your party on the cheaper day, it would be $233.99 for one day, only 1 express line entrance per ride. Add another $233.99 for your second day at the parks.

Plus you are still paying for your room at the Wyndham on top of that.

You probably won't need the passes if you get to the parks at opening, but if you are contemplating getting the passes, a night at the Royal Pacific would be $207.00 x 2 rooms you would need. But you would get unlimited access to the Express lines for 2 full days + pool hopping after the parks close.

So, not knowing what you are paying at the Wyndham, you would have to compare the price of

Wyndham night + $468.00 (+tax) for the express passes

vs.

$414.00 + (tax) for 2 rooms at the Royal Pacific

We're going the same time well from 11/7-14 and pretty much doing the same thing. We're definitely not planning on getting express passes. We're staying at a Wyndham timeshare too -- Bonnet Creek is a great place to stay!
