Will we have room to move?

We are in 8586 (cat 4) for our upcoming cruise. We have 2 adults, 4, 2 & 8mo old. Based on the room layout I assume the p-n-p goes where the coffee table is? Will we be able to walk to or get to the murphy bed & access the verandah doors?

It says this room sleeps 4-5...is that 5 only if one is an infant?

The room will have a sofa bed, a bunk bed and the murphy bed. If you're comfortable with the 4 yo in the upper bunk, then you could have the 2 you on the sofa and not use the murphy at all. When they say 4-5, they mean 4-5 adults (although one would have to be under 200 lbs).

I think you'll be fine. I haven't stayed in a Cat 4 myself but I've heard that the murphy bed blocks the verandah door so you may choose not to use it. You could put the pack n play in front of it or in the coffee table area.

We just stayed in a Cat 4 with a family of five, and you'll be fine. The murphy bed does block the verandah door (though we got really good at climbing over it at night without stepping on the child sleeping in it!). I would suggest leaving the Murphy bed up and putting the pack and play in that spot...it will be much easier to access the verandah.
