Welcome DISers, to my Pre-Trip Report!
This is my very first TR ever so I am a bit nervous. I am mostly scared of the discussion consisting of just myself as people wouldn't find me interesting... sigh, could I be any more self-esteem-lacking with that statement.
First of all, thanks for reading thus far! I hope you will not be disappointed.
This is going to be a well planned out trip for us and I have been looking forward to it since oh... 2 days into our September 2008 trip. This will be the first time that we will not be leaving Disney property whatsoever, barring injury. Usually we end up going to Universal for a couple of days or last year we took a couple day trip to New York City (to visit the World of Disney store of course). But since we decided in 2010 that we wanted to stay on Universal property for a couple of days because of Harry Potter land, we would skip it in 2009.
The Cast
There's only two of us,
Me (Dayna)- the OCPD (look that one up) planner. I'm currently 21 however I will be 22 during our trip. Some awesome facts about me:
-I plan on actually drinking around the world this time
-I love to plan, you should see my spreadsheets already, at 170+ days out
-Animal Kingdom is my favorite park
-Haunted Mansion is my favorite ride
-The dining area at the Flame Tree BBQ looking toward Expedition Everest is my favorite WDW place to be
-I love love love to eat
-I love to run
-I DO NOT love to swim
I also did not find any pictures of me that were Disney- how pathetic, but here's one anyway:
My Mom (Lynn)- who is currently 52 and will be turning 53 during our trip. Some stuff about my mom:
-She's really just along for the ride, she told me the resturants she wanted to eat at and that's it.
-I think Magic Kingdom might be her favorite park
-I am not sure about her favorite ride
-I know that Mouse Gears is her favorite place to be since she is a souvenir freak
