Another thing to keep in mind is, even if you CAN get into the park a lot of people missed their ADRs because it took MUCH longer to get into the park than anticipated. Plan to be there WAY ahead of your ADR so you don't get caught in the parking lot (or in line for the monorail, bus, or boat, or bag-check queue, or the front of Main Street with 20 billion people in front of you) with no hope of reaching Cindy's (or any other ADR) on time. In that instance, your deposit will not be refunded.

OP> Perhaps you can get your flight changed to an earlier time? Or even the day before and stay off-site that night. Then you could stop at the park first and get hand-stamped (or whatever they do now. I noticed a post saying they don't stamp any longer.) then go for your check-in.

I would worry about flight delays, too. Not to worry YOU mind you.

maybe the California grill or another Resort restaurant would be a good backup? You could keep your current PS and if you didn't make it you could go on to the other.
