Will Uber Make a Grocery Stop?

Hi All!
We rarely use Uber, but we will be switching from Universal to Disney mid-trip. We would like to make a grocery stop to pick up a few things on the way to OKW. Does anyone know if Uber will make a stop?

Usually, no. Uber is very convenient from Point A to Point B, but not for grocery shopping.

The driver doesn't get paid for that wait time, so no knowledgeable driver will wait. They would drop you off, and then you'd have to order another Uber when you were finished. That would be undoable with luggage, obviously.

There are car services who will make the stop, and there are also grocery delivery services. I haven't used delivery services, but several get good reviews, and would probably be the least expensive option.

The other option is to make the transfer to OKW as planned and then Uber to and from Publix.

Also, you know that OKW has a small store and would have some grocery items.

No they are also not allowed to drop you anywhere but the address you listed.. I would order instacart

*I tried to get them to drop me off at the gas station so we could walk over before parking lot opened at HS and I was told no it was against the rules.

My friend used an Uber to go to Target to pick up items waiting for her. She ran into Target to grab her stuff while the driver waited. She added 2 stops on app, one to Target then back to the resort. Luckily, the driver was ok with waiting for a few minutes and my friend gave the driver a good tip.
